what causes frequent shudders...?

my brother shudders a lot...when he gets up from his seat..or well basically anytime for no reason...he doesnt have tourettes or anything like that but could it be a neurological problem..
he's 19 now and he had fits when he was 5 or 6 due to high fever when he had dengue fever...could that also be the cause?

this is likely nothing wrong, just a benign habit probably, see a doctor if the symptoms persist, good luck
