I'd cut more sugar, make sure you are getting the right number of calories for your size/age/etc. You can try either www.self.com or www.sparkpeople.com for great calorie counters! I would say just get moving. You may have more fat than weak muscles. Just do all that you can to move: take stairs, park far away from doors to stores, walk around the block, buy an exercise ball and bounce on it in front of the tv, even deepcleaning your place can make a difference. Just get moving!
Once you do that, go back to trying to do crunches but make sure you have proper form. Look online to find examples of correct crunches. Another great tip is to suck in your stomach and hold it (try to still breathe while tensing the muscles) this will help to strengthen the muscles slowly. Good luck!

Sit ups and other abdominal excersizes are not indended to "burn" fat from the midsection. They actually do the opposite and by bulking up the underlying muscels and giving the midsection a greater protrusion. High heart rate cardio work outs like jogging or walking (for less joint impact) are actually what burn fat. Try running for 30 minutes for four days a week or walking for 45 minutes 5 days a week and alongside a proper diet (consult a professional) you experience weight loss.

I used to get this for all time. you merely awaken and that is not good and intensely painful for some days and it is going away. It seems I had a pinched nerve in my neck. for some years I had random soreness there, and little or no might help. Muscle relaxers did help a sprint, yet through fact i could not force or artwork with them, it wasn't numerous a help. finally the disc that become compressing the nerve in my neck burst, and that i had surgery. See your physician and discover out if it style of feels to be an identical factor, through fact i've got heard that actual scientific care can delay or provide up surgery on your destiny.

cycling is good 1 or 2 hours a week as well as running.
basically you need to burn some calories.
you don't need to be fast, is is all about the time you exercices.
40 minutes is the minimum for a run whereas for cycling you need 1 hour.

First of all you can't write, so maybe you should focus on your education. Your writing skills make my skin crawl. Secondly, get on a treadmill, that is how I lost my excess pounds.
