While osteoporosis occurs in men and pre-menopausal women, the problem is overwhelmingly prevalent in postmenopausal women.

IOW, it has little to do with Calcium deficiency. Calcium may help, but it's not a cause.

because they get their calcium in dfferent ways than cows' milk. However, many do become plagued with osteoporosis. they just don't live the 85 years that people in western civilization do so it doesn't show up.

there are other sources of calcium than milk.
there's a lot of calcium in collard greens.
