Use Winzip to create a zip file. In Windows XP, you right click on the file, choose "send to" and choose "compressed (zipped) folder". Then you can email the zipped folder. Good luck!

right click on the file you want to send in your email and go down to where it say's "send to" then click on compressed (zipped) folder. now your file is in the zipped folder. Right click on the zipped folder an click on "send to" then click mail recipient. This will open your mail and atomaticlly attach the zipped file. Now just add the address of the recipient and send. I hope this help's you out. Mikie.

Depends on the type of file. You can use the appropriate editor for a graphic file to shrink it a bit. For a video, you may have to break it into multiple sections, and join them on the other end. Irfanview works well for shrinking graphics - photoshop should work also.

You can compress the file that you want to send using tools like winzip, winrar, etc, and then attach this compressed file to your mail.

Depends in the file type. If it is an image (jpg, gif etc.) crop it to fit. If it is a movie file (mov, mpg) you'll have to lower the quality or edit it to fit.

Use Winzip or WinRAR to zip it up and if it's still too big, you can send big files via http://www.yousendit.com/ which is how I send larger files all the time.
