I never told my mom anything about my sex life. I don't have any clue when she thinks I lost it, it was on my 16th birthday. I still never say anything about s.e.x. around my mom, she's too old school about it. Of course she knows, I have a son and live with my b/f but talking about it...ewww, no thanks! LOL

Well there is nothing wrong with that. I told my mother and she was cool with it, I was in a long relationship and she said OK well let me take to the GYN and she made sure that I knew all that I needed to know and from the right sources. I was 18 when I lost my virginity. But if it is eating you up and you two have a good relationship tell her now, I mean it is already done and neither of you can change that besides you are an adult now.

Personally no I didn't but my mom and I weren't that close. In those days sex was not spoken about out loud. I am soon to be 35 btw. On the other hand though, I have a 15 yr old daughter and when she lost hers she did tell me not to long afterwards. I've since put her on bc and now that she knows I wasn't mad she speaks freely about sex with me and we have a very close relationship.

No I didn't tell my mom but I did tell my dad. I was 17 and she was 19. I have a daughter who's hormones will be raging in a few years and will want to have sex. I just hope that I have had an open enough relationship with my daughter that she will come to me before that happens. Will I stop it? no! Just a since-able talk about respect and STD.

OH I couldn't imagine telling my mother that I lost my virginity, she has this mouth that never stops....well I guess it depends on how your parents treat you, cause my mom didn't find out until 10 months later

No, as far as they are conserened I lost it on my wedding night & not when I was 14 to the older guy that I was dating, that they did not like.
Why would anyone share that w/their parents?
