I just made this.
1 banana
1 cup frozen stawberries
1 cup frozen blackberries
1 cup yogurt
1 Teaspoon sugar
blend and share with a friend mmmmmm smoothie!
You can use any fruit you like just make sure some is frozen to make it like a milkshake
You can also you yogurt with herbs and spices to marinate meat. It is especially good with chicken and it makes skinless chicken cook up moist.
Boil diced potatoes in chicken stock and blend until smooth with 1 cup yogurt for a creamy potato soup.
the list goes on and on

I buy plain yogurt all the time, in fact its all I buy really.
1. Could put some honey and fruit in it and then it would be sweetend and fruity.
2. Make a smoothie... just use it like regular yogurt.
3. I make salads all the time with yogurt... tuna or chicken or whatever you like.
4. My favorite: Mango Lassi
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 fresh mango, seeded and diced (you could really use any other fruit though)
honey to taste
rosewater to taste (optional, but you cab get it at an Indian food store or a health food store)
1/2 cup water
Blend and drink... so delicious!
Enjoy!

Add frozen fruit and oatmeal and make is a breakfast smoothie...skip the sugar if you're watching your carb intake because the fruit will sweeten it up:) It takes a while to get used to the bitterness, but after about a week, you'll enjoy it
