No joking aside they do an electronic dog and cat repellant on ebay this would work or at least make it bark further away

Ok I´m not sure if this is legal in Spain, but it works. Mix 1/4 grounded beef(carne molida) and some peanut butter(mantequilla de mani) the more, the better. The beef shouldn´t be to moist, for consistency. And give it to the dog . Minimum 40 min of silence. Guaranteed. No harm for the dog. Just a snack.
Saw it on a movie. Tested it on my buddies dog. You could also comunicate the problem to your neihgbor. The other solution could be training.citronella no-bark collar, which is effective and not cruel; if the dog barks, the collar sprays a small amount of citronella, which dogs dislike.

Don't know about Spain regulations but in Northern Ireland the procedure is to ask the dog's owner to act and if they don's then you can go to your local authorities. It might be Health and Safety but I am sure there are similar rules in Spain. Hope you get this resolved.
The unofficial way to do it is to use a water pistol and try and hit the dog in the eye with water - maybe you will have to heat the water up and then aim for somewhere else. It won't do any harm to the dog.

You can't purchase anything to get a dog to stop barking that does not live with you. You need to contact the police they usually give the owners of the dog a warning and if the dog continues to bark they will make them pay a fine. However if you are good friends with the neighbors maybe you should talk to them? But if you do call the police on them after you talk to them they will know it was you who called. If it was me I would just call the police so your neighbor does not know it was you that called.

Here in Belgium the dog can bark all day till from 7.00 till 22.00 h, if its over those hours then it's nocturne rumour, I don't now in Spain, best that someone of Spain answers this.
The Law knows this, if your close with your neighbours then best talk with them first.

if its not your dog you cant do anyting.if its your dog,we go out to the backyard w/ our dog to keep them from barking.
