I use the elliptical or treadmill for 35-50 minutes and while I get out of breath, I don't sweat that much...

You got it.
The whole point of exercise is to exert oneself past previously-established physical limitations, so as that the body is forced make changes and upgrade itself to a point where it is capable of the challenge next time.
One must push past their comfort zone in order to inform the body that its' current level of fitness is not good enough....
After a few minutes of warm-up, you should "drop into the zone" - you know, that transcendent sensation of just going.... Pushin' it and it feels great.... If you are not sweating, your body is not convinced that you are asking much of it.
Gotta go past the comfort zone, or your body has no reason to improve its' conditioning.
We don't get fit during exercise - we get fit after exercise - when the body is repairing itself from the challenge of our last workout.... No challenge, no change.
Try stepping it up a level. Your body will reward you.

Some people dont sweat that much. Be careful though, it could be a sign of dehydration. Elevated heart rate is a better indicator of workout intensity.

Sweat isn't the only way to tell if you are getting a good workout. You can also tell by your heart rate.

Set the tread mill inclination level and dont run to sweat.
Getting out of breath shows your Heart Pulse going up and your lung capacity being low.
Sweating shows body's strain.

Sweat is a way of eliminating water and minerals. You burn calories anyway despite your lack of sweat

Check your heart rate, if it's in you target zone then you are getting good workout.some people just dont sweat much

put it on a higher level with an incline. generally, if you are not sweating, you are not working.
