it's weird, before when i was single, it seemed like i got no attention from girls. but now that i have a girlfriend i've had several girls flirting with me. anyone else noticed this?

Because girls/women want what someone else already has. Try putting on an wedding ring and going to a club....you'll have to beat 'em off with a stick.

Some of them see you as safe. They can practice their flirting techniques on you all they want and you've got to be a good boy, where if they did that to a single guy, they'd be all over them like white on rice.
Some of them just can't stand the idea that their girl friends got such a fine guy on her arm. Girls can be just as competitive as guys about that kind of stuff. It's that, "The grass is always greener on the other side." type of stuff. Those are the girls who your girlfriend's got to watch out for.
Of course, if you were single, those girls wouldn't have anything to do with you. It's just because you're with someone, that they are interested in you. Those are the girls who will always be messing around with married guys. It's a shame, because there's plenty of single guys out there to go around. (are you reading this, girls?)
Just flirt back at them, jugglaman, and enjoy the girlfriend that you've got.. Flirting is something that you need to practice at to be good at. You can also see what sort of effect these girls have on your girlfriend. Is she jealous, or will she work a little harder to hold onto you?

They flirt more with you when you have a girlfriend becaue when other girls see one girl with a guy they go hang out with them.
