Take DININTEL an appetite suppresant so wonderful u have 2 remember to eat, I lost some weight on it - side efects listed are
Dry mouth
Constipation ( because of a dry mouth u will drink lots of water and won't become constipated)
Do not take if u have heart problems
This pill also increse your energy level
Don't take in the night or else u cannot sleep
With this food is never a priority

Not possible. If you do, it will only be water weight, which will come right back. Reduce your calories, and exercise a lot...you can safely and permanently lose 2 lbs a week (3 if you reall push).

i think that is unrealistic. 1 pant size maybe. drink tons of water, and eat less than 1,000 calories a day. exercise.
