a good babysitter for a nine year old boy. It would be a few nights a month. Any ideas ?

WHOEVER u find ... make sure they know u will do a background search and do one! I don't care if this person came from college or a church. Its always best to find someone u know well and trust well. You can also look up sex offenders on-line just type sex offender into ur search engine ( i use yahoo its the best) and then ur state. Better safe than sorry! :)

This is a problem I know. If you have family that is near you I would say go with them, but if you are like me and don't live near your family then I would talk to other parents in your neighborhood and ask who they use. You can always take an add out in the paper asking for babysitters, or go on-line and see if there are any listed.

umm ask family first and then look for a babysitter, try to focus on homely oriented sitters!!!

ask around your neighborhood, some parents do it and other can give you the babysitter they use.

Go to the university or community college in your area, go to the student union, and look at the "jobs wanted" board....
