confidence is an attribute that you have. for instance 98% of women have the same feelings you do so you are not alone. i have been married 6 years and my wife is the most sexy gorgeous women in the world but still believes she is not attractive. women need confidence builders for instance out for a few beers and 2 or 3 men try by you a drink that's great, however from a male point of view they probably look at you and think i have no chance with her and then you think no one finds me attractive WRONG you have to just go that extra step and do the chasing once in a while and you will see some amazing results.

Before you will be able to gain confidence in yourself you first must figure out the reasons for you lack of it. Is this the way you have always been? Did something happen in your past to make you doubt yourself? Alot times one must look deep inside them self for the answer to this question.

It might sound a bit different but its true. Knowledge. Gain knowledge in general and especially about the field you are in, I can assure you will become confident autometically. Give it a try, i'm sure you will feel different. Do not let any complex get hodl of you. That's it.
