I hate my Ex-wife and I am going to mail her some of my poop in a box with the next child support check. Can I get in any legal trouble?

Better to put it in a paper bag on her front porch, light it on fire and ring the doorbell.

LOL how about you send her the poop seperate from the check and don't put your name on the package. She'll still get the poop but won't have proof it's from you.

I can understand u not liking your ex but why send poop to her when your kids are there i mean what if they open it instead of her? come on your an adult start acting like it. men good lord. i agree w the other answer i hope she does sends u a used tampon! and yes you can get into trouble!

You can. It would be harrassment. Not the kind of thing they go around locking people up for, but it can result in a warrant being issued pursuant to a civil complaint, or a civil lawsuit.

What would your kids think of you for sending them poop? Do you think that would make them happy knowing their father would do that? Why don't you get a life. Focus on something that makes you and your children happy. Let them think you are a super dad, not a loser.

It takes too much energy to hate someone. Happiness is the best revenge. If I were you, I'd forgo the poop prank and the next time you see or speak to her....make sure you are bubbling over with happiness. It'll drive her crazy and you won't go to jail. Besides, I'm sure you lost enough in the divorce. Do you want to lose your dignity too?

I would avoid the mail. If it is illegal it would be a federal offense.
Tampering with mail is a federal offense. It is up to interpertation, but why take the chance.
