I have a pug whose neck is to short to lick his butt! Down side, I get to clean him.

A dog with a broken neck! ha ha! But seriously...I don't think there is such a breed. Dogs don't have hands so they can't pick up wash cloths to bathe...its instinctual and natural for a dog to clean itself, everywhere it can reach, with its tongue. If this grosses you out, just don't let your dog lick your face!

Lori, most dogs will. You can train the dog not to do that when he is around you, by telling him NO.

There is no type actually its just natural my long-haired chichuahua does that too so just dont look when its happening
