Hello Atheist Eye Candy.. :)

No..I have been here since Dec. 2005..

Even though I have been called a liar, a robot etc..my Love for everyone here, is the strength that keeps my Faith strong.. :)

It has only brought me closer to the Lord.. :)

I also have met many friends being here, some are Pagans, Atheists, Agnostics, Hindus and Muslims..for that I am so ever thankful.. :)

No. If anything it's gotten me more refreshed in the Word of God and I feel more grounded and more sure than ever. Some of the things these people claim to believe or don't believe make me realize how blessed I was to be raised in a Christian home and to know that I'm living a true life, not just floating around aimlessly with no hope or no purpose. Now if we all could just help them in their obvious searching.

I saw one person that said that her beliefs were confirmed by visiting this site (she said that she wasn't a Christian)
The Questioner also was confirming her beliefs and making a disrespectful statement.
Sorry, but all I see are people giving their opinions. It will take more than participating in an Internet forum to dissuade me. If my beliefs are that shaky to begin with, I probably had a lot of doubt already.

No...nothing could ever change my heart. I know without a doubt of the existence of God and that I have put my faith in the right one. I do think that those who have lost thier faith because of a forum obviously didn't really have it in the first place!

If they lost faith, they never had faith. To really have faith in God, it does not change by external factors. They are looking for a scape goat to blame their sinful life on. Faith is believing in God on Gods terms within ones self. If we live by what others say and do then that is not faith at all...that is Satans way.

Really? I would also be curious if anyone has been "saved" after being on here. I would guess: Not one. I'm not surprised that some have lost faith. Doubters come on here to sort out the contradictions, from what I've seen. I'm glad we can all be of help.

No true Christian would leave their religion. Because once Jesus takes you in he stays with you. You might think you don't believe, but when you end up with nothing else but faith. You will believe then when you find out that he will take care of you.

That's funny.

Perhaps I'm lousy at expressing an argument- but if I've learned anything in my life is that people believe what they want to believe.

I've never been able to convince people that Astrology isn't true- even though there have been ample independent studies on people's personality relative to their birth time that disprove it. If they see one person a year who fits their idea of what a Libra should be- it proves it in their mind. Same with the god thing. If they see one flower blooming or one person survive an accident- it's sufficient to prove the existence of god to them. Arguments don't really work.

oh well.

In a word-NO....
But I can see the points of view others have and I make no judgment on anyone. On both sides of the issue, there are those who think that putting each other down will succeed in getting others to believe the way they do. WRONG
