Drink lots of water, stretch every day and at night alternate a heating pad and ice to relax the muscles. Always remember to stretch BEFORE AND AFTER any type of workout.

Taking Vitamin C before and after a strenuous workout helps limit pain from muscle strain (overuse). Massage also helps eliminate the pain. Supplements don't cause weight gain. Taking in more calories than you burn does.

I suggest all natural Physique Workout Maximizer Supplement. It contains Bio-Build to give you the nutrients you need to rapidly recover and repair muscle tissue. It also relieves muscle aches caused by lactic acid buildup after a workout.

With 18 vitamins and minerals and essential amino acids, it gives your muscles a healthy recovery and helps you avoid post-workout pain with no negative side effects.

The U.S. Ski Team and U.S. Snowboarding Team use this supplement as well.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions.

this seems like a wierd idea but trust me whhen I say it worrks

at the end of your workout do a set of a 100(or as close as you can get) if you know you're gonna be sore the next day
this will up the bloodflow to the affected/worked area and actually help in recovery

Sometimes supplements can give you more weight. If you've been working out too much you should try to relax more and let your muscles recover naturally, so they are more healthier.
