I remember hearing to story of someone's loved one. He was a christian and was very ill towards the end. And for days all he kept says was "I'm climbing up that mountain" just over and over periodically. And the minute before he died, he said, "I've reached the top, and it is so beautiful", and then he closed his eyes.

It depends on who is around me. I would probably tell everyone my personal feelings toward them. I would thank my wife and kids for being in my life and hope there is choclate, sex, alcohol, and lap dances in heaven.
