can be 3 or 4 ( 4 is the most correct but many proprietary programs can be shared and will require a new registration fee when they are used - windows being one )
it is all semantics the answer above SHOULD be correct but lots of software listed as shareware will require a mandatory fee because it is actually a TRIAL VERSION of proprietary software ( downloaded many myself )
