Grandma died 3 yrs ago & Mom I sadly had to put into nursing home recently. It is now time for me to have my own life. I don't know how to use makeup or dress other than for work. Please help ladies.

pick up a fashion magazine flip through the pages, and pick an outfit that you fancy....... get some friends or just one to go shop with and try to get something as similar to that outfit as possible..but in your budget....you would be surprised how cheap you can find things fo rif you just keep searching!.....now next step is to watch the fashion network channel they give really good fashion sense tips....get your stuff together,((makeup)),,,and dont cake it on,,,now a days natural beauty is so much more noticed than these fake barbies running around, a real man will appreciate your beauty with out painting your face on......go out with your girls,,,,have fun catch up!...and initiate conversatiion,,,,i am not saying be all over every man you see....but if you are at a bar and you find someone that you find attractive,,,talk to him, dont be shy...i know its hard because you are not used to doing this...but there is no time better than the present....youve waited long enough already,.,,its time to set free and have fun!...god luck !!!!!!

Just be yourself, choose clothes that you feel beautiful in, not what the magazines say are trendy, and use light makeup, maybe a little powder, some mascara and a soft lipgloss, nothing too drastic whiclst you get used to it. Ask some advice in the shops on a light but pretty perfume, that will help you feel pretty too, and be yourself, I cant say that enough! Good luck, you will be fine :)

the best advise is be yourself, dont try to impress anyone by doing things you dont normally do. Dress how you like and be yourself cause you want someone to like you how you are not how you can act. Try going to singles dances, things like that.
