A Bikini
INGREDIENTS
2 parts Baileys® irish cream
2 parts Malibu
2 parts Milk
2 parts Ice (crushed)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add every thing together and shake very well. not sure if i got all the parts right but should fill a tall glass.
A Screwdriver
INGREDIENTS
2 parts Vodka
2 parts Orange juice
1 Orange slice
5 Ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour over ice and serve in a tumbler.
A Margarita
INGREDIENTS
1 part Tequila
1 part Triple sec
1 part Lime juice
Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Frost the rim of a cocktail glass with salt. Shake all the ingredients together with cracked ice. Pour into the glass.
A Mai Tai
INGREDIENTS
1 part White rum
1 part Dark rum
1/2 part Amaretto Di Saronno®
1/2 part Apricot brandy
1/2 part Orange curacao
1/2 part Lime juice
top up Pineapple juice
5 Ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix everything together (except the pineapple juice) and pour over the ice into a highball glass. Top up with pineapple juice.
A Daiquiri
INGREDIENTS
3 parts White rum
Ice (crushed)
2 Lime
1 teaspoon Sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the cracked ice into a cocktail glass. Pour the juice of 2 limes, sugar syrup and rum over the ice. Shake thoroughly and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1 part Tia maria
1 part Baileys® irish cream
2 parts Cream
4 parts Milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix ingredients well in a shaker>cocktail shaker and pour over ice. Serve with straws and suitable decoration.

Try a lemon drop martini. For each drink: 2 ounces good quality vodka, 1 ounce simple syrup -(boil equal parts of sugar and water) juice of 1 fresh lemon. Shake ingredients over ice, strain and serve in martini glass. Will become a favorite.

I adore Strawberry daiquiris - white rum, lime juice, pureed strawberrys and crushed ice. They are absolutely gorgeous - yumm - I could go one now. Can you please make me one?
