it depends well see his body language and expression. If he change topic after saying 'you single right' probably its just a casual conversation.

Its possible tht he could be interested in you, just say whatever comes to your mind when he asked you if you were single. Just don't lie.

You can find out by joking back with him...Just say something like "Why are you jealous?" or "Why does that bother you?"....He may end up giving you your answer with his response...
