If he is 30 then he is old enough to deal with the truth and should have known the odds of you and him lasting weren't real good. Just tell him straight up.

Just tell him thing arent working out like you thought. Be honest with im but dont say anything aboyt his breath. He 30 he should understand seeming as though your only 17. He should realize that your young and may want to do other things, things hes done already and may not want to do again. Age diffrences can put a holt on lots of thing for both of you so when you tell him its not working out he should understand

Sweety, move on as quickly as possible. When a 30 year old goes out with a 17 year old, it's because he can't get someone his own age. He probably has nothing to offer someone his age and the only girls who will pay him any attention are girls much too young for him. As far as the breath goes, if he doesn't take care of his dental hygiene, how in the world do you expect him to take care of anything else. Find someone your own age. He is using you.

A 30 year old has no business with a 17 year old. Don't worry about hurting his feelings - right now he is a pedophile.

Tell him you want to date guys your own age, that he is "too mature" for you.

then don't answer his calls or emails - no matter what! good luck chickee!

He should know better as an adult and if he is not getting the message and still comes after you, tell your parents or another adult you can trust to talk to him so that it is made clear to him that he needs to keep away from you and find someone of his own age.

You made a mistake and didn't know until now, so don't blame yourself for this. We all make mistakes when it comes to people. But you are still quite young and he at 30, should have some idea that you are way too young for him and he is unsuitable as a boyfriend.

You are going to have to be firm with him and tell him that you are not interested in him anymore because he is too old for you. Don't stop to talk to him - walk away everytime he sees you. You do not owe him anything just because you talked to him and we can all change our minds about something we are not happy with.

If you just feel you can't say anything to him, then let somone know that he is making it difficult for you and let them sort the problem out. He needs to get the message that you do not like him that way and the more you can find a way of telling him, the better and he will take you seriously if you are serious with him about it.

Try not to laugh when telling him as this will make him think that you are interested in him and just teasing. Men are like children and so you need to treat him like one and say 'no' very firmly as if telling a two year old off. He will only take you seriously if he sees that you are serious, otherwise he will just keep coming after you.

It is difficult to be assertive and it takes time to be assertive, but you can learn how to be by learning to say 'no' to what you don't like or want. If need be, shout at him to keep away if he is not going to take you seriously. At his age, he shouldn't be trying to want go out with you and his interest in you for being as young as you are, is quite disturbing.

There is something wrong for a man of that age to be pusuing such a young woman of your age and so keeping well away from him sounds like a very good idea to me. He has no right to make you feel afraid or even guilty about breaking it off with him. He cannot tell you what to do with your life, you do not owe him anything at all.

I think letting someone else know will help you get him off your back, but from now on, keep well away from him as he sounds very innapropriate for a man of 30. You made a mistake and you are not wrong for making a mistake.

Girl this is really a difficult situation. Please ask your self
Do I love him? if so, I think the 'stinky breath' stuff can be solved with medication.
If not,I think he is a little bit aged for you, and you shall stick to this as a reason to break up with him.

girl the best advice i could give to you is if you're are talking to anyone out of your age range than you had no business talking to him anyway, but to solve this problem is to tell him straight up and how you feel about the place you are in right now, and that you don't want to continue to make connect with him anymore. Tell him it's for the best for both of you. That way he can get on with his life and you can get on with yours.

Tell him that you are too young and you want to see other people and "find yourself." You need to figure out who you are without him and he needs to date people that are of legal age and that he would have more in common with.
