Ask him to try to balance the healthy with the junk. Talk to him and tell him how much you love him and you want to be together for a long time. If he won't eat healthier, try having him exercise a little more. Take romantic walks in the park or just around the neighborhood. You might make some friends that way also.

you can't. You can give him information on the way he is eating and what it is doing to him, you can tell him how you feel about his health and how it impacts your family, but he has to make the decision. If you force him, by keeping only healthy foods at home, he will just go out and get them himself, and maybe even be a bit resentful toward you. Education is your best bet, and hopefully he will see the light.

start sneaking vegetables into dinner. I add an extra can of tomatoes an onion and bell pepper to store bought tomato sauce when making spaghetti. use the leanest ground beef you can. try to limit beef entrees to once a week.incorporate more chicken and seafood into the meals. Limit the pasta rice an potatoes. Barilla makes a good healthy pasta called barilla plus, it's still high in calories but is whole grain has omega 3's, fiber, 10 grams of protein and tastes and looks like regular pasta. Uses chiken in recipes hat call for ground beef, just chop it into half inch cues brown it and use it like you would ground beef. start serving his plate before bringing it to the table and a good rule of thumb is yo use your palm like a measuring tool. meat should be about the size of one palm vegetables should be about 2 palms, and the starch should be about one palm.

You can't. He has to do it for himself. You can set a good example, fix healthy meals if you do the cooking.

When you M.Y.O.B.
Live and let live. He could be doing a lot worse. Nagging and power driving only creates another problem.

Nag and keep nagging.

And keep nagging.
