I am taking hydroxycut and drinking slim fast as well, how many grams of fat a day should I have while dieting? I need to loose about 40 lbs, I just had a baby five months ago and I had one 2 years ago and I want to loose weight, any ideas? I know diet and working out, but how should I eat I usually only eat one meal a day.

hunny dont take hydroxycut i uste to work at gnc for 3 years and it is bad for you any pill that you have to take to lose weight is bad for your body if you want to be there long to see your kids have babys of their own i have 2 boys i know the feeling i weigh 160 and trying to get down to 130 it is hard and eating 1 meal a day is not good either ur body holds fat stop drinking pop-jiuce-koolaid- the calories in that takes up ur potential calerie amount aday drink alot of water and do sit ups i lost 25 pounds in 4 months doing that for my wedding to make my self feel good it does suck but it works

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

well im not the fitest person out there but i know that when i wanted to lose weight i ate more and lost more weight. but i would only eat small meals 4 -5 times a day. not a huge meal more like tiny snacks here and there..also i would drink lots of water and some green tea really helps.

Run 2 miles a day 5 days per week.
Don't stop.

one meal a day is not got for you because 1.you body needs food and 2.it is a bad example for your 2 year old

hears a tip eat all meals a day just don't eat as much as you used to for every meal and my last tip don't eat junk food eat healthy food

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
