Go to add/remove in control panel or go to c drive under my computer and look for it there in program files and look for uninstall folder in quick time folder

flow to c:/application documents & delete a folder via the call of quicktime & than attempt uninstalling it from upload or get rid of application if that doesn't artwork, attempt uninstalling it in secure mode
