i saw this thing with a doctor and he said that this infact does work, they talked to a girl he helped, u can loose 2 inches around ur waist , which is the most important place to loose the weight actually, wat u do is eat healthy food for 10 days, little to no junk, like ice cream and chocolate bars, and this is the best part, u only have to burn 100 calories a DAY how awesome is that, yep, like 30 minutes of walking everyday and eat good food, and there ya go

To lose one pound you have to burn off/eliminate around 3500 calories from your diet. As for how many calories you would be allowed per day, we can't tell without your height, weight, age, activity level, etc.

you bet. 1st if your not going to exercise then forget it. 2nd do not eat 4-6 hours before bedtime. 3rd drink LOTS of water. 4th avoid carbs. 5th eat 4-6 small meals a day. 6th eat plenty of protein. 7th take every opportunity to exercise, in other words do not be lazy. park far away when shopping etc...you will lose your 10 pounds.

CUT OUT POP CANDY AND OTHER JUNK FOOD YOU EAT. THAT POP WILL KNOCK OF A LOT OF WEIGHT.. AND THEN DRINK ABOUT 15 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY DO-NT EAT FRIED FOODS. BAKED FOODS ARE BETTER FOR YOU OR BROILED FOODS VEGGIES NO POTATOES. OK WELL I TRY .
