I'm not entirely certain, as there's a difference between being able to do something and actually doing it. However, if the woodchuck was to chuck, then the woodchuck would chuck A WOOD, which is not a good measurement, as a wood could refer to a forest, in which case the amount the woodchuck would chuck would be based on the acreage of the forest.
The amount also depends on how motivated the woodchuck in question is.
