ALWAYS REWARD YOUR DOG WITH A TREAT WHEN SHE COMES!!! NEVER USE AS A PUNISHMENT.
PUT HER IN THE SIT POSITION AND HOLD OUT YOUR HAND AND SAY STAY, WALK BACKWARDS W/ YOUR FACE TOWARDS HERS KEEP HER ON THE STAY COMMAND THEN LOWER YOUR HAND AND SAY COME LOTS OF PRAISE AND A TREAT WHEN SHE LISTENS.
WHEN SHE GETS THIS PUT HER IN A SIT POSITION AND, SAY "STAY" TURN AROUND A WALK AHEAD SAYING STAY TURN AROUND DROP YOUR HAND DOWN BY YOUR LEG AND SAY" COME
" REPEAT TREAT AND PRAISE SHE WILL GET IT
I ALSO USE A LONG LEAD AND DO THE SAME THING BUT GIVE IT A TUG AND SAY COME. "PRAISE AND TREAT'S"
***THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT COMMAND A DOG CAN LEARN.** IF YOUR DOG IS IN DANGER OR RUNS OFF YOU WANT THEM TO OBEY THE COME COMMAND THE FIRST TIME YOU GIVE IT!!
BE PATIENT AND CONSISTENT. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE
A TREAT LIKE LUNCH MEAT CHEESE OR SOMETHING THAT REALLY GETS HER ATTENTION HELPS DURING TRAINING
I HAVE A GOLDEN RETRIEVER PUPPY SHE HAS BEEN A LITTLE HARDER TO TEACH COME TO SHE KNOWS THE COMMAND BUT IS STUBBORN SHE IS NOW STARTING TO COMPLY (7 MOS OLD) WHEN SHE RUNS AWAY FROM ME I TURN AROUND A SAY GOOD BYE AND RUN AWAY FROM HER AND SHE THEN CHASES ME(WE HAVE A FENCED YARD) DO NOT TRY THIS IN AN UN-SECURE AREA

keep her on a leash at all times. or you can try putting her on a very LONG lead and calling her, saying her name then COME. as you do this pull the lead so even if she isn't wanting to come to you she is b/c you're pulling her. eventually she'll learn the command.

She thinks that you're playing a game. Continue walking & ignore her. She'll come to you as soon as she realizes that you don't care. I mean it, this takes faith and patience on your part. She will come to you....
