check with your doctor to see if there is any obvious issues, they can then refer you to a specialist. get your feet (gait) checked out to see if it may be something with the way you walk that's throwing something off. it also depends whether the pain is caused by a chronic problem or if u just hurt it and it never healed properly. Furthermore it also depends on whether its a bone-joint issue or if its a muscle issue.

Yeah sure, I have done alot of research on this as I too have suffered with the same over recent years. In recent years alot of celebrates have been praising 'Pilates' for curing them from cripling pain. Pilates is an advanced for over yoga that make the body more suple and flexible.
Over a short period of time your muscles and bones get stronger. Dont under estimate the power of this, I once did until I tried it.
Also, if you do decide to do some form of exercise for your back make sure you drink a whey protein drink 30mins or more after. This will feed the muscle that you have trained and result in it getting much stronger. They are perfectly safe and provide no side effects.
Hope this helps.

Try taking: a high potency multiple vitamin-mineral tablet
Calcium-magnesium-zinc tablets with each meal, and vitamin C pills 500 mg 3 times daily. There are also good exercise programs for back problems that really help. If none of this is helpful, see a chiropractor. They seem to do a pretty good job for most spinal problems.

i have the same problem. I see a pain management doctor monthly, he has been a life saver for me. I suggest finding asking your doctor where you can find a pain management clinic. TRUST ME you will get better. I have been taking meds for pain for 6-7 years. They will find the best treament suited for your needs. As I have been, BE PATIENT with it. It takes a little time for your body to adjust but i promise you will be happier and live better.

Defiantly, see your doctor there are many treatments from physical therapy to medications also no traditional treatments like acupuncture can help. There is no need to keep suffering.
