when i pray , i tell god i love him, i just wonder if many others do the same , or do they just pray to ask god for things

well when you pray you should start off with thanksgiving so yes tell him you love him he has done so much

All the time, what a blessing to be able to. At church last week we talked about a good structure to pray is first praise, thank you Lord so much for all you have blessed me and my family and I love you so much Lord, second confess, then ask for your needs and the needs of others. Amen

I praise him. I worship him. I ask for his mercy, love and grace, I thank him. I tell him I love him for all the good that he does for me and for the bad thing too...they help me stay close to him.
