with every guy it's different. but let me tell you how it should not be like, whe you do get a boyfriend Don't let him tell you what to wear, where to go, what you should eat, what you should say. Don't let him call you names, hit you, push you around, make you do things you don't want too, make you fell bad about yourself.
Look for a guy who treats his mom nice, I know it's an oldie but a goodie. Look for a man who wants to be an equal partner with you, a man who loves you for you, a man who never asks you to give up anything to be with him.
There are tons of men out there, Have fun with the wrong ones, but walk away when you know it's done, you'll find the right one when your ready. Don't rush it he will come!!!

Mostly it is a lot of work. You no longer have the freedom to come and go and see who you wish at any time. You will be expected to commit to the relationship, be honest, open, truthfull. Those things are not bad things, they are as they should be, but they are considerations.
If you find the right person, it is a wonderful thing. But don't be in a big hurry, there are a lot of creeps out there for every one wonderful partner. Unfortunately, the creeps are easier to find.

well ive been with my bf for almost 2 years. its really great. you get alot of attention and give aot of attention. but just be careful you dont lie or make mistakes. other times it can be hell, getting into arguements and getting angry at eachother (we are both very stubborn) but 3 days ago he told me he didnt love me anymore and broke up with me (only cause he was mad at me for lying a long long time ago,abotu somehting very stupid and gettign low grades on tests) he said i was taking away his free time from him. i cried for just abotu 3 days straight and told him how sorry i was for lying. ic oudlnt eat anything for days! and still cant eat without wanting to throw up cause i was so DEPRESSED! he came around and realized how sorry i was and realized it wasnt my fault that i was taking his free time from school (he works fulltime too) so he was basically over whelmed with everything. we got back together last night and made a compromise saying we arent going to see eachother that much anymroe or talk to eachother as much too. (since the end of the fall semester in college is coming to an end, last chance to improve our grades! lol) so yeah. it can be very nice, other times it can be HELL as of my story i just told you.
anyways whenever you do get one. make sure he's the one. try to recognize a guy where if you dont sleep with him or somethign he'll leave you. take your time with everythgin you do. make sure communication is great and you keep in touch, try to everyday. get to know eachothers friends, co-workers, always be honest wiht eachother. try to make time for eachother! just be safe. the right one will come along someday =) im 19 and we've been dating himsince i was 17

I am 23 and I've never had a boyfriend, people bore me, irritate me if they want to be potential bfs, others I can stand, there is this guy, my friend' bf we get along so well now, but when the same guy was crazy about me I couldn't even stand to look at him, I am wierd no? wat do u think? oh no I am just plain pathetic.

it is very nice to have someone to talk to for you thoughts ,feelings and i had 5 boyfriends and 3 of them were a big joke but not at the same but the one i have now he is sweet,kind and loving and i love him there is someone out there for you

i think that you should be happy you never had a boyfriend...i have one and i love him and all but some times theres things in life that you just wished you waited a little bit longer...and guys are one of them...yeah theyre nice to be around but sometimes you cant get ride of them...but i think you should wait until you think you like some one...dont do it because your friends are doin it...trust me. and if you dont get wat im tryin to say...just email me at Bubalicious_so_delicious@yahoo.com bye sweetie

if you have a long term boyfriend it like magic its like you always have someone in your corner for what ever and it feels like yall are meant for each other and yall best friends cause well i tell mine every thing
