You can't just go to Canada just because you want to. No one will hire you if you are not legally allowed to work in the country. You may come as a tourist, but you will find it hard (especially the winters) if you just think that life will be easy here.
You would first need to apply for a visa to Canada, and then be grilled by the consulate if they think you are going to stay there indefinitely.
But why Canada and not say, USA?

make sure you get in legally and have a job lined up or money to support yourself, do not drain the system (free health care/welfare) which hard working citizens are paying taxes for.
