i need to carry out test on an emulsifying ointment to determine if the ointment is safe for usage. to do so, i will need to conduct microbial limit test. but i have difficulty in finding website with steps on how to conduct the various microbial limt test.. i need a few suggestion of webstie tt can provide me help on this... thanks

1) Collect your microbial agent
2) Inoculate it into enriched media
3) Place 3 mm size ring of ointment onto the agar
4) Check in 24 hours and measure the inhibition zone
