If Mexican government is so incompetent, maybe it should be Restructured. It worked for France, Germany, Japan and Iraq.

Nah... lets just ignore Mexico... they've already begun THEIR invasion of the USA.
OR, I favor a plan based on President Kennedy's fine plan for Cuba !! We gather the Mexican's here, arm them, and send them to retake THEIR country !! Ooops... I forgot that Kennedy's plan failed !
Seriously though... I think that the Mexican Government NEEDS to be restructured. Folks LOVE to point at how the USA is led by the small percentage of the rich... but at LEAST we make an effort to care for our poor.

Well first off... as dumb of an Idea as that is... it has NOT worked yet in Iraq. Why invade a country that can't even take care of its self? then take on that responsibility? put up the worlds largest electric fence and call it good.
