I have a collie mixed with Rotwiler. Everytime she gets excited she starts to howl at everyone, what is that about? Does anybody have the similar problem?

I too have this problem. I found out that a dog gets excited, much the same as humans. They usually howl to be a part of what is going on. Rather a bit of a Doggie Greeting. Now if she is growling and howling, you have a problem. Otherwise let her feel like a part of the party. She will calm down soon. She just wants to be a part of the pack, and that is her way of greeting people.

Neither breed is known for its howling. are you sure its a collie/rottie mix? You need to take her too some obediance classes to teach yourself to be a good master and get control of the situation. If she's just a pup, she may be lonley and looking for attention.

I think that is cute. You have to also understand the type of mixed breed she is. Are you sure she isn't part hound doggie?
