OK so there is this guy that I hired to do something for me and shortly after he bagan his work I completly fell for this guy I mean butterfly's light headedness and all. He's really friendly and says I'm cute, said I was his favorite client and said I could call him litterly whenever I wanted to. Now do you think this is so I keep employing him or do you think he may actually like me? I'm so confused.

If he is a gigalo, doing you for your money,
you should be able to have a sense of that.
If he were your personal trainer, then beware,
but if he is your house painter, then OK.
There is only so much painting you can get done.
He is asking YOU to call him, to invite him,
and if you do, and YOU pay, then you know.
Let him call you, ask you out, and him pay your way,
then you will know a little more. If you pay, if you drive,
if you do it all, then beware.

I don't think he'd have called you cute if he was just after more work. Sounds like he likes you. Call him, ask him if he'd like to meet up for a coffee. The worst he can say is 'no'.
