You could get her a beautiful necklace and earrings, or a china set. Also take her out to dinner at her favorite restaurant. But you should ask her first what she'd really like for her birthday. But most of all, just show her that you love her. Maybe get your pictures taken together too. Or cook her her favorite dinner at home and serve it by candle light. Also maybe buy her a bathrobe and some comfortable slippers.

Remember when u were younger and used to make home made stuff. Make something for her! You will remind her of the precious memories of your childhood. It's the best gift and dont forget to add a hug!

every year for the past few years,ive given my mom(70s),a pair of fairly expensive cosy pajamas and a pair of slippers.she can wear them all year long. she loves it!!
