Yo tengo un grande corazon, that is the exact words translated into spanish. If you wanted to tell someone this in spanish though, you would say Tengo Un Corzon Grande. This is because in spanish, the adjective goes after the noun.

if you say tengo un corazón grande it is meant more for the physical size
if you say tengo un gran corazón it is meant on the noble and kind form.
You don´t have to write Yo=I since the conjugation of the verb implies you are talking in the first person
