Cats DON'T eat mice. Cats like to play with mice. They are too rough on the mice and the mice die. You never see a cat eating a mouse. The cat, will pick up the mouse and bring it to it's owner. Maybe the cat wants the OWNER to eat the mouse. It's probably a secret cat message that his food is not as tasty as the owners filet mignon or salmon and perhaps they should try MOUSE instead!

1) Who would be the taste tester for the mouse flavoring?
2) My cat would just play with it and chase it around, he wouldn't eat it.

Cats would probably beg the owner to let them outside for fresh meat. Mouse meat.

Actually I think they should make butt-flavored cat food - seems to me they like that taste because they lick their butts all the time.
