Believe that God had created you and realized that you are made up of Air, water, fire in the form of blood and earth in the form of flesh. Relate these four elements to the universe, you will be able to feel the unconditional love and the benevolence of God towards you. God didn't just create you but God had provided everything on earth just for you, the composition of oxygen for you to breath, the water, food to keep us grow and alive. There
is only one way to repay this greatest love is to obey all commandments and stay close to the God and stay away from the prohibited. You will eventually created love towards the God. Remember you must have the basic qualification in order to find God. Purify your inner heart, when the heart is good, everything will be good.

I dont think one person can tell you who is god what is god, and most definitely what is the best way for you to find god. Even if you say there is no god, that does not mean that you dont live your life to the fullest with the best intentions in mind without judgement, which is god like.. Some who say they have god in their lifes could no more know god then someone who says there isnt one. When someone says I found god. My reply is oh really I didnt know he was lost. Unless it was you who was lost from yourself, and treated yourself and others unkindly. So you know what if you respect yourself and others and live your life to the fullest trying to be an example of that, then you already know god.
You just dont want to put in a definition, and have trust in something that isnt tangible that's all. I wish you well

One seeks God and is found by His Holy Spirit. Until we reach that point we are like lost sheep gone astray.
Mat 7:7
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: (KJV)
Mat 6:31-33
Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. (KJV)
Rev 3:20
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. (KJV)

Faith is the way, like someone else said abandon logic it will not take you there. Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Hebrews 11:6 "For without FAITH it is impossible to please God, for he who comes to God must believe that HE is and that He is a rewarder of those who DILIGENTLY seek Him."

If you are seeking God, then God is seeking you! Jesus said in John 14:6-7, "...I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
John also adds in John 1:10-13, "He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God--children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God.
To receive Jesus into your life as Savior and Lord is to "find" God. You receive Him by faith, through a prayer of faith where you repent of your sins---asking God for forgiveness, and placing your trust in Him in this prayer, and confessing Jesus as Lord.
Romans 10:9-13
That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame." For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile--the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
Then find a fellowship of Christians where the Bible is taught as the Word of God and where Christ is honored as Lord and Savior. Begin your journey of faith---following Jesus as Lord.

With an open heart. I was once lost, but I opened my heart to the Lord and have had a wonderful life ever since.
