We lost contact after high school and now 10 years later we are talking again. She however is in a relationship and I just got out of a 2 year relationship. Its great talking to her again I just don't know if I should share with her how I feel in fear it may ruin a great friendship.

Seeing your avatar, I have reasons to believe that her sexual orientation is not exactly the same as yours (unless she's in a relationship with a girl), so telling her about your feelings would definitely become a problem for the friendship. Then again, what kind of friendship is it if you're not sincere? Still - if she's hetero (or you are a guy who desn't know how to use avatars), tell her and let the chips fall where they may... add that you don't expect anything in that respect and value your friendship as is, and see where it goes. After all, if she freaks out over that, than maybe sh'e not the kind of person good enough to be friends with.

YES!!!!! YOU HAVE TO TELL HER!!! You cannot spend your whole life wondering what could have been. Trust me, I told the guy I am with now that I was crazy about him and today we have been together for nine months and will spend the rest of our lives together. It's totally worth the try.
