My boyfriend says that he has been really busy lately with college classes so I hardly see him. There may be another girl in the picture I can not really know for sure. I was thinking that I would get him a card that says "hey there, I miss my friend. I know your busy, here is a starbucks card to help you stay awake, good luck on your paper"
what do you think, or should I just forget it? Ideas?

I don't understand really about the whole "another girl" thing. Do you think he's cheating? The gift is a great idea. If he doesn't seem to thankful or seems annoyed that may indicate that there is someone else.

I think that's cute. Maybe you could hand deliver it with some pizza or some thing. That way you could kinda see if there's another girl. You know what sucks about dating today is that we can never take any one at their word, we always have to assume the worst

I think I would like to get a card like that...however, if I were up to hanky panky, it would make me feel guilty.
If he's legitimately busy, he will feel great about that. If he's not he will feel pretty bad...unless he has no conscious. If that's the case, you don't want him anyway.
I think that's exactly the results you would want. Go for it.
