ok you ocan put layers in your hair by a stylist ask them to use the razor! if you put any kind of oil in your hair coconut oil is the best then wash it out with cold!water your hair will be soft and straight. 2nd most people dont know this but your only suppose to put conditioner in your hair from 1 inch and down you are not suppose to put it on the roots they already have natural oils and the conditioner will take that away. and elastics will damage your hair use a ribbon or leave it flowwing.

Avacodo and mayonnaise works well. It sounds nasty though. Haven't tried it yet. Olive oil works well but be sure to wash it out, cause it's kind of gross if you leave it on. There are these type of spray shampoos that are good if you don't have time to wash it, that they have at drugstores. And also if you don't want to make something at home, then you can go to the store and get some kind of deep conditioning stuff.

There are a lot of good products in the market. For shampoos and conditioners, I would look into Sunsilk, Loreal and Garnier. For leave in serums and conditioners, I think Kerastase Nutritive Serum is the best thing that you could do for your hair. It is expensive, but it keeps your hair healthy and silky.
