One aspect of it is, yes.
An entity as abstract as "God" will have many aspects, all perceived differently by different people. Each aspect is like a facet of a jewel, when it catches the light it glints and sparkles in its own unique way, it would almost be possible to believe that the facet WAS the jewel, and not just a tiny part of it. But, as you move along the jewel another facet catches the light, and another aspect surfaces. Anyway, my point is "God" can be a giant manatee, when viewed from a certain perspective (most probably through the eyes of manatees).

Since I love manatees and have always loved them from the time I grew up in Miami, Fl and saw them in the canals, I'd say that sounds logical to me.
