Neither. You should be in between. Being too thin is just as dangerous as being too heavy.

It's best to be your perfect body weight....which shouldn't be fat. Fat is bad/unhealthy. Fat kills. Being fat is uncomfortable and slows you down & brings on countless health risks.

neither!!! like the first person said its better to be healthy. Find out the target weight for your height. I dropped weight dramatically down to 80 pounds, and I had to have my heart monitored once a week. My Doctor told me it is just as hard on your heart to be underweight as it is to be over weight

Resonably thin is better (not multi-skinny). More weight can lead to strokes, heart disease/attacks, diabetes, asthma, etc.
