Why is my face always so swollen? It gets swollen in the morning [not because I am tired]. And if i go out at night and have just showered it gets swollen then. I usually shower at night and then it will sometimes be swollen in the morning. I am in high school.

Hm, swollen face in the morning usually means that your lymph drainage from the tissue is very slow. The lymphatic fluid will stay in the tissue by the time morning comes round and drain out slowly during the day. It sounds like you may have a venous insufficiency (meaning your veins are weak and therefore lymphatic fluid accumulates). This would also explain why you swell up after a hot shower (heat lets the veins relax and makes them wider, therefore making it harder for lymphatic fluid to drain). Sorry, but the only way to get this resolved is to go to a doctor. Until then, avoid too-hot showers or jacuzzis and try to put your legs up as often as possible (can be done while you're sleeping).
