No it doesn't It makes your lips soft. It also helps soften the dead skin off of them and helps it come off your lips faster. You will not have hairy lips. Don't worry

ive neva heard of such a thing. according to my knowledge vaseline is just to soften ur skin against peeling n cracking esp during the winter season

i,m sorry i have never heard that
i have used vaseline and i know other who have
it also a well know product , maybe your friend should go for testing there might be somthing else whats causing this problem

no i don t think it is true. She was just joking around. I use vasline when i have chapped lips and they come soft but not hairy.
