My boyfriend and I always do the same things for dates: movies, dinner, dancing, and occasionally we shoot pool. It's starting to get kinda boring.
What are some different things we can do on a Friday or Saturday night?
We're in the Atlanta area.

My husband and I have a seperate savings account that we add to every week. When life gets in a rut, we pull some money out and take a little weekend trip somewhere. Go camping, take a wine trail, or head for the coast. It's exciting to do something different and good for a relationship

There are some wonderful ideas already given, so I won't give any of my personal choices.
However, I would recommend an outing that suits the taste of you both. What common interests or fascination do you share? What about something from your chilhood that you always wanted to do or did do that was very exciting? Take that thought and blend it into a unique experience. You'll have to take something and just tailor it to your likeness. It's going to take some creativity to get past the "BOREDOOM" of doing the same predictable things. Yes bordedoom, not boredom; it can kill a relationship! Try doing something you both like with a different twist; I think it will get you out of the dating rut. There's always role playing, no not the kinky stuff (unless that's what you into)! Like meet up at a new place for dancing or pool, but act like total strangers. You can take turns "picking each other up", just really get into the role.
For instance, my fiance and I like going to parks, and we both enjoy the rain. So when we get our house we plan on having a picnic in the backyard; the twist is having a canopy and then setting the lawn sprinkler on low to simulate rain. We also liked it when we went to a bed & breakfast. So we are planning to pay someone to come to our house to cook our breakfast and make the beds for the weekend. Sounds corny, but that's what we like; besides beats another trip from New Orleans to Florida. Oh yeah, she really likes parks and I like the traveling fairs. So we are planning a trip to Six Flags in the ATL.

It all depends on what you guys are into. being in ATL there are tons of things.
1.) Go to the Drive in (South Atlanta)
2.) Drive up north and go on a day hike & see some cool waterfalls
3.) Go to a Hawks/Thrasers/Falcons game
4.) Go to the Theater and see a play/musical/symphony
5.) Comedy Clubs
6.) Atlanta Rocks (Indoor Rock Climbing)
7.) Stay home and play board games (Sounds cheesy but can be fun)
8.) Carry out & DVD
9.) Martinis/Jazz @ the IMAX in decatur
10.) Double date with friends.
11.) Cooking contest

Atlanta? I was there a little whiel ago and we went to this resturant slash game room, dave n busters or something like that, the adult in you gets a good meal and some drinks, the kid in you plays games with your bf or gf. plus there are no minors after a certain time so its even better.

Sometimes (not always) My b/f and me will go into a decent bar and role play a little. We go in alone and see who gets more attention. It's harmless fun and safe. It also is a sexual turn on and spices up the sex.

so far as me concern with my past as i used to be somtime that we go for a open restaurant with individuals chairs tables and standing umbrella. especially in the rainy season when dizzling come over and you both sit there holding each other hand and share some funny moments.
