Know if you need to lose weight

Health specialist use a measure called BMI, short for Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. This gives a good measure of your total body fat. BMI compares your height and weight. It shows if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, or overweight.

You know how many pounds are there in 1 kg. Do not know let me help you, it is 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds. Check out what your BMI is by using the BMI calculator.

BMI Category
Below 18.5 Underweight
Between 18.5 - 24.9 Healthy Weight
Between 25 - 29.9 Overweight
Over 30 Obese

Look at the BMI chart to find out how much weight you need to lose to move from obese to overweight or from overweight into a healthy range. Knowing this can help you set a good weight loss goal.

You've got to stop looking at the pounds. Look at your body and decide if it is proportioned right. Measurements are whats really important...I am 5'10 and weigh 210lbs, but I wear a size 12 and I have a good shape.. If you go by the pounds you will never feel you look good.. Again it's what is in the inside that really counts dear...

absolutely not. you sound perfect
you want to be sure, though that most of that weight is in bone and muscle
stop thinking about your weight and start thinking instead about your body
can you use it without it getting in the way or hurting you?
as long as you can say yes to both questions, you will be healthy in terms of your weight
make sure you get at least 9 hours sleep every night, that you eat more raw fruits and vegs. than anything else and that you exercise everyday, even if that just means an hour walk

I was your height at 13 and that weight also.

Here is a simple rule: Be 100 lbs at five foot and add 5 lbs for every inch over five foot.

YOU ARE PERFECT!!
