try a apricot scrub on there. I think a good brand would be "St. Ives" but im not sure about the name. Also just look at walmart, target etc, they sell plenty of stuff for that!

Try using a sensitive facial cleanser like Cetaphil. Be absolutely sure to wash your face before bed. In the mornings (unless your skin is extremely oily) you may only need to rinse your forehead with warm water and pat dry. To much exfoliation, towel wiping and facial scrubs can cause breakouts.

If all else fails, a dermatologist can prescribe a good rx like Tri-luma. Although it is not always covered by medical carriers you may be able to obtain samples or pay out of pocket.

Good luck to you!

Just be very careful with "scrubs" as they can damage the skin and actually make blemishes worse if you use them too much or scrub too hard. Try Phisoderm Facial Wash. It contains 2% salicylic acid and that will help to clear up your face. Honest.

It is obviously a hormone thing for you, but I would use a pretty mild cleanser on a daily basis but treat yourself to a professional facial to keep a good check on outbreaks. You can be sure that you are drinking 6-8 oz of water a day to keep your complexion hydrated
